While our Racing Programs are on Fridays for the Speedway and Saturdays for the Dragway, we can accommodate you almost ANY Day or Evening. If you have a theme in mind, we can assist you in tailoring decorations and the menu to your ideas. WE do the work.. YOU have the fun! The basic rental charge for the Shelter House and Picnic Area is just $125 for a four-hour period. We have a number of pre-planned menus you can select from for your food and beverage, or we can custom-plan your event with a specialized menu. CLICK HERE for the Menus. Please Note: The Menu Prices are for food and beverage only, and do NOT include General Admission Tickets to Speedway or Dragway Events. Groups of 25 or more will receive special Reserved Group Seating and P-A System announcements welcoming your group or organization during the Race Event. Contact the Track Office at (937) 429-2961 to reserve your date now. The Office is closed on Mondays, and open Tuesday through Friday during the Racing Season from 9 AM to 4 PM.
